Thank you for choosing PAQARI Spa & Wellness for your upcoming treatment. To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, we kindly request to read the following important information:

  1. RESERVE AN APPOINTMENT: Please book your reservation directly visiting our website: www.paqarispa.com.  Check our treatments and available time slots. You can also call or send a WhatsApp message to 5999 5126203. We’ll our best to accommodate walk-ins.

  2. PAYMENT: We kindly request Full payment in advance at the time of your booking. This help us secure your reservation and prepare everything for your visit. For your convenience, we accept Bank transfer (35743304 MCB Belle Beauty Spa & Wellness BV), Credit/Debit Card, except American Express. 

  3. Special or Promotional Treatments must be paid with debit card, cash or online bank transfer (no credit cards and no Kompa Leon accepted)

  4. ARRIVALS: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please be aware late arrivals may consequently reduce your service time. Please turn off your cellphone. Smoking is not permitted in the spa. 

  5. CANCELLATIONS: Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the requested service.

  6. REFUNDS: Refunds are not accepted for services or products offered. However, clients may reschedule appointments or change treatments if needed. 

  7. TREATMENT SCHEDULING:  Our spa treatments must be scheduled and used within three (3) months of purchase. This policy ensures that you have the best experience possible and can take full advantage of our services.

  8. REGULATIONS REGARDING SLIMMING/REDUCING TREATMENTS: To ensure client safety and well-being, slimming/reducing treatments cannot be performed on pregnant or breastfeeding clients, nor on clients who have been diagnosed with cancer (in remission for a minimum of 5 years).  Please note that our service catalog includes a variety of other treatments that are not subject to restrictions and can be tailored to each client's needs.

  9. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: PAQARI Spa & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere. 

  10. TIPS: Tips are not included in our prices. A 15% tip is recommended and will be given at the end of the procedure. 

  11. PARKING: PAQARI Spa & Wellness is not responsible for items, parking theft or damage to vehicles.

  1. RESERVACION DE CITA: Las citas se pueden reservar y pagar directamente visitando nuestra web www.paqarispa.com.  También puede llamar o enviar un mensaje de WhatsApp al 5999 5126203. Haremos todo lo posible para atender a las personas sin cita previa.

  2. PAGOS: Para confirmar su reserva deberá realizar el pago por adelantado. Aceptamos las siguientes formas de pago: Transferencia bancaria (35743304 MCB Belle Beauty Spa & Wellness BV), Efectivo, Tarjetas de débito/crédito, excepto American Express. 

  3. Los Tratamientos ESPECIALES o PROMOCIONALES deben de pagarse con tarjeta de débito, efectivo o transferencia bancaria en línea (no se aceptan tarjetas de crédito ni Kompa León)

  4. LLEGADAS: Por favor llegar 10 minutos antes de la hora de su cita. Tenga en cuenta que las llegadas tardías pueden reducir el tiempo de servicio. Por favor apague su teléfono celular. No está permitido fumar en el spa. 

  5. CANCELACIONES: Si usted necesita cancelar su cita o reprogramarla, le solicitamos lo haga con 24 horas de anticipación. Cancelaciones realizadas dentro de las 24 horas serán cobradas en un 100% del servicio solicitado.

  6. DEVOLUCIONES: No se aceptan devoluciones ni reembolsos por servicios y productos ofrecidos. Sin embargo, los clientes pueden reprogramar citas o cambiar de tratamiento si lo desean. 

  7. PROGRAMACIÓN DE TRATAMIENTOS: Nuestros tratamientos de spa deben programarse y utilizarse dentro de los tres (3) meses posteriores a la compra. Esta política garantiza que el cliente tenga la mejor experiencia posible y pueda aprovechar al máximo nuestros servicios. 

  8. NORMATIVA SOBRE TRATAMIENTOS REDUCTORES: Para garantizar la seguridad y el bienestar del cliente, los tratamientos reductores no podrán ser realizados a clientes embarazadas o en período de lactancia. Tampoco a clientes que hayan tenido diagnóstico de cáncer (en remisión por un período mínimo de 5 años). Tomar en cuenta que nuestro catálogo de servicios incluye una variedad de otros tratamientos que no presentan restricciones y que pueden adaptarse a las necesidades de cada cliente.

  9. DERECHO A RECHAZAR EL SERVICIO: PAQARI Spa & Wellness se reserva el derecho de rechazar o interrumpir el servicio a cualquier persona que demuestre un comportamiento que se perciba como inapropiado o perjudicial para la atmósfera de nuestro Spa.

  10. PROPINAS: Las propinas no están incluidas en nuestros precios. Se recomienda una propina del 15% y se entregará al final del procedimiento.

  11. ESTACIONAMIENTO: PAQARI Spa & Wellness no se hace responsable por artículos, robos en el estacionamiento o daños a vehículos. 

NOTA LEGAL: PAQARI Spa & Wellness solo realiza tratamientos cosméticos y no se prestan servicios médicos, tampoco es nuestra intención diagnosticar, tratar o curar ninguna enfermedad.
